The instrument insert can be removed for easy access to the back of the instruments and wires. It is all fiberglass construction except for the door and hardware. The hinges are adjustable -friction with 200lb capacity, made of acetal plastic. The push-knob pull to open latch is keyed locking also made of acetal plastic.
